I started using AQ hydrate when I went to sauna or hot yoga. It prevents me from getting headaches and replenishes me. Before I would feel depleted after a class and water just wasn’t enough. It’s tasty and both the piña colada and the citron are delicious flavors and refreshing. It’s also great in the summer if you freeze it a bit and it turns into a slushy.
