I’ve been drinking it every day for a year and I’m absolutely obsessed! The flavour is light, it’s sugar free and a totally clean green beauty product. Hydrate electrolyte has been my go to for several years. Living in dry desert heat, I am continually challenged to stay hydrated and often use Hydrate multiple times a day. I have even shown the product to my nutritionist who gave it high marks due it it’s ingredients and amino acids. I’d been drinking the citrus flavor for years and recently tried the pina colada, which is my new favorite! It’s got a yummy coconut tropical flavor- it’s great mixed in coconut water too!
