I don’t exactly know the secret sauce but this citrus hydration potion is magical. If I’m not feeling well, this makes me feel great. If I already feel great, this pits me on top of the moon. Yet it feels wholesome and natural.

I started using AQ hydrate when I went to sauna or hot yoga. It prevents me from getting headaches and replenishes me. Before I would feel depleted after a class and water just wasn’t enough. It’s tasty and both the piña colada and the citron are delicious flavors and refreshing. It’s also great in the summer if you freeze it a bit and it turns into a slushy. I can’t have a lot of sugar, so it is perfect for me and my holistic doctors agree! Thank you for such an amazing product!

Hydrate electrolyte has been my go to for several years. Living in dry desert heat, I am continually challenged to stay hydrated and often use Hydrate multiple times a day. I have even shown the product to my nutritionist who gave it high marks due it it’s ingredients and amino acids. I’d been drinking the citrus flavor for years and recently tried the pina colada, which is my new favorite! It’s got a yummy coconut tropical flavor- it’s great mixed in coconut water too!

I’ve been using these for around 2 years now. We sold them at the sauna I used to work at and I’ve loved them ever since. I don’t feel the same hydration as I do when I use these! They are a must have essential. Flavor is great as well

I have been taking this for years, almost every single day. This makes me drink water in the AM, which I’m typically not inclined to do. Also, having a huge jug of iced electrolyte water in the summer while gardening or after exercise is such a treat. This is the only electrolytes I have found that don’t have a weird fake sweetener taste.

I’ve tried several electrolyte powders and this is one of the few that actually helps me feel hydrated instead of making me even thirstier after drinking it.
