Role at AQ: Customer Relations Manager - Helen is always available to answer any questions you might have and she ensures your orders arrive at your door on time! We're not afraid to brag; our customer service is outstanding thanks to Helen. 

What is aging to you? Self-Acceptance, patience and the realization that physical appearance does not define aging. I define myself by living my life with purpose,  exuding inner energy and wellness and respecting those around me.

What do you love most about AQ? Everyday for me begins with AQ REJUVENATE Collagen Protein. I'm a busy mother of two and it is vital for me to start my day with the proteins and nutrients my body needs to be fuelled. REJUVENATE Collagen Protein has become a non-negotiable part of my daily self care routine. Since starting this protein, not only have I had an increase in energy and glowing skin, but I workout five days a week intensely and this protein helps me maximize lean muscle mass and recovery. My favourite way to use it is in my version of 'Frozen Yogurt'. 1 cup of frozen berries, 3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt, and 1 full scoop of REJUVENATE. Blend all ingredients together.
