As a cyclist Hydrate helps me to maintain my energy levels, keep myself balanced, maintain my electrolyte levels and avoid cramping. I highly recommend it, it's a game changer and I give it a 10/10!
I’ve been drinking it every day for a year and I’m absolutely obsessed! The flavour is light, it’s sugar free and a totally clean green beauty product. It really makes my skin so much more hydrated year round but especially in those winter months. The hydration effects give me a glow, my fine lines have improved and my makeup just looks so much better.
